Ok, I have lost about 15 pounds in 3 months; I have never been so tone (lean) in my entire life. Even with that I still need some major improvements in my arms and tummy area. Does anyone know any exercise I can do on the floor without hurting my back? Regular sit ups are not cutting it. Thanks in advance ladies!

wow..I do wish i could lose 15lbs in one week ha ha..good job there.
Trust me it's not easy at all, I try to go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Having a husband who's bascially a chef when he's in the kitchen makes it so much harder. And I live in South Florida, 30 minutes from South Beach, we always half naked down here. The pressure is crazy. However by Abs are wack! Wack!
Congrats on your weight loss...what about leg raises...bringing one knee to your chest & crossing your knees over side to side, all while laying on your back??? I would think they are easier on the back than doing a sit up???

Why don't you try to hula hooping with an adult size hoop. You can get them online or go to You Tube for a tute on how to make your own. Hooping strenthens your core, glutes, and lines up your spine. You'll be amazed the transformation your body will make.
